Red Footprint Educational Activity in Chenzhou: FARRLEEY Environmental Protection Joins Hands to Climb New Heights
Day 1 - Xiangnan Uprising Memorial Hall
At 7:45 AM on Thursday, June 12, 2025, we departed from the company and launched a three-day educational journey to trace the red footprints in Chenzhou. After a 4-hour drive and lunch, we arrived at the first stop of our Chenzhou trip—the Xiangnan Uprising Memorial Hall. Here, we saw photos from the war years, documenting the heroes who fought for the Xiangnan Uprising. On the wall, we read the inscription by Xiao Ke, a proletarian revolutionary and military strategist: "History has proven that the Xiangnan Uprising laid the foundation for the Jinggangshan Meeting, the consolidation of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base, and even the glorious period of Jinggangshan."
Day 2 - Yangtianhu Grassland
We once thought grasslands only existed in the north, on TV, mobile phones, or dreams. Today, we came to Chenzhou, Hunan, where an altitude of 1,314 meters hides the "Cloud Grassland"—Yangtianhu Grassland. At first sight, we fell in love: the green grass was like a carpet, and the wind painted pictures. Standing by Yangtian Lake, we had rolling green meadows under our feet and white clouds within reach above. We visited the heart of Yangtian Lake: the lake was as smooth as a mirror, reflecting the clouds, as if washing away all restlessness. The Hobbit huts: fairy-tale-like cottages and windmills instantly transported us to the Middle-earth of The Lord of the Rings. The Windmill Ridge: walking along the ridge, huge white windmills matched the meadows, making every photo a masterpiece.
Day 3 - Gaoyiling
At 9 AM on June 14, we set off for Gaoyiling, the lonely and magnificent summit of Chenzhou. After navigating winding paths, we began climbing Gaoyiling. Initial excitement was soon replaced by climbing fatigue. When legs trembled and breathing grew 急促 (rapid), each step felt unsteady, and many wanted to quit. But it was at this critical point that the value of persistence shone. Those who finally reached the top gained not only a spectacular view of towering mountains but also a spiritual tempering of self-transcendence.
This educational team-building activity tracing Chenzhou's red footprints allowed us to touch the warmth of history at the Xiangnan Uprising Memorial Hall, spread our spiritual wings on Yangtianhu Grassland, and challenge physical limits at Gaoyiling. In three days, red spirit and natural wonders wove into a movement of progress—uniting the team in historical inheritance and forging ahead with willpower honed by landscapes to conquer the next peak.
